Privacy policy

What this site collects, why, where it is kept and how to have it removed. It is short because the site does little: there are no cookies, no advertising, and nothing here builds a profile of you.

In short

We collect what you type into the contact form, and nothing else.

No cookies are set. No analytics script that identifies you is loaded. Nothing about you is sold, rented or shared for advertising.

What

Only the enquiry form

Your name, email address, what you want to automate or improve, your organisation if you give one, and your message.

Why

To reply to you

That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not contact you about anything other than the enquiry you sent.

Who

Nobody outside the firm

Enquiries reach our own server and our own mailbox. They are not passed to a CRM, an advertising network or a data broker.

Detail

The long version.

  1. Who we are

    The data fiduciary

Sentrova Solutions, registered in India, is responsible for the personal data described here. Our registered office is Andhra Pradesh, India and our LLP identification number is [LLPIN to be added]. You can reach us at info@sentrovasolutions.com.

  2. What we collect

Form fields, and the technical minimum

When you submit the contact form we receive the fields you filled in: name, email address, the goal you described, your organisation if given, and your message.

Our server also records the IP address the submission came from and the browser user-agent string. These are not marketing data. The address is what the rate limiter counts against so one sender cannot flood the form, and both are what let us tell a real enquiry from an automated one.

The form includes a field no person can see. If it is filled in, the submission is flagged as automated. That check exists so the form does not need a puzzle or a third-party bot service that would watch you.

  3. Legal basis

    Your own request

We process the enquiry because you asked us to contact you, which under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is consent given for a clearly stated purpose. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete the enquiry.

  4. Where it lives

    Our server and our mailbox

Each enquiry is written to an append-only file on our server, readable only by the account that runs the service, and a copy is emailed to us so we can reply. Both sit in the same two places; there is no third system holding a shadow copy.

We keep server logs to operate the service. Message bodies, passwords and access tokens are stripped from those logs before they are written, so the logs never become a second copy of your enquiry.

  5. How long

Until it has served its purpose

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after [retention period to be confirmed]. Enquiries that do become an engagement are kept for as long as the engagement and the record-keeping obligations that follow it require. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, unless a law requires us to keep it.

  6. Analytics

    Counted, not tracked

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are read. It sets no cookies, builds no profile and cannot follow you to another site. It records a page view, a referrer and coarse device information, and nothing that identifies you. That is why this site shows you no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

  7. Your rights

    Access, correction, erasure

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email info@sentrovasolutions.com and we will answer within one working day and act within thirty days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

  8. Security

    What we actually do

The site is served over HTTPS and sends a strict content security policy. The enquiry file is written with owner-only permissions. Administrative access to enquiries requires a token and locks out after repeated failures. No security is absolute, and we will tell you promptly if an incident affects your data.

If you have found a vulnerability, our disclosure contact is in security.txt.

  9. Changes

    Dated at the top

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we collect or why.

Questions

Ask us anything about your data.

We would rather answer a question about this page than have you guess.
